Terms & Conditions 2025/2026
📌 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering your child in the Real Brazil Futsal Academy program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
💳 Fee and Payment
All enrolments at Real Brazil Futsal Academy are processed through a Subscription/Membership Plan.
Subscription / Membership Plan

Payments are charged fortnightly via credit or debit card saved at registration.

The standard rate is $58 per fortnight (equivalent to $29 per week for 1 training session).

Payments are paused automatically during every school holiday period and resume at the start of the new term.

Your child’s position in the program is automatically reserved each term, with no need to re-register.
Payment Conditions

A valid debit or credit card must be saved at the time of registration to activate the subscription.

If payments fail or remain outstanding, the Academy reserves the right to suspend participation until the account is up to date.

If you wish to cancel your membership, written notice must be provided as per our Cancellation Policy.
⏸️ Membership Pause

A temporary pause of 2 to 4 weeks is allowed for valid reasons (e.g., illness, travel).

Pauses must be requested at least 1 week in advance.

During the pause, your child will not attend sessions, but their spot will be held.
❌ Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in Real Brazil Futsal Academy, you enter into a term-based service agreement.
Membership / Subscription Plan

A minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice is required to cancel a subscription.
-
Payments scheduled within the 2-week notice period will still be charged.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or unattended classes.

Once cancelled, your child’s position in the program is no longer reserved.
Upfront / Standard Payment

No refunds will be issued once the term has commenced.
-
Session credits may be offered only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Academy Management.
Program Cancellations by Real Brazil
Real Brazil reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program prior to its commencement. In such cases, families may be offered a credit or make-up session (no monetary refunds).
Code of Conduct
No refunds or credits will be provided if a membership is suspended or revoked due to breaches of the Academy’s Code of Conduct.
Make-Up Class Policy

A maximum of 2 make-up sessions per term is allowed.

Make-up sessions must be used within the same term they were missed.
-
Make-ups are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
-
They do not carry over to the next term and have no monetary value.

Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
⚠️ Procedure for Non-Payment of Fees

If payment deadlines are missed or payment plans are not honoured:

The player may be suspended from the program until fees are up to date.
-
Parents will receive written notice at least 24 hours before the next session.

Players may resume training once full payment is received.
-
All financial information is kept strictly confidential between academy management, the coach, and the family.
📅 Timetable Changes
Real Brazil reserves the right to adjust session times due to demand or operational needs. We will make all efforts to notify affected families in advance.
Parent Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgement
Parents/guardians are responsible for the player’s welfare and behaviour during all
sessions.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that:

You are allowing your child to participate at your own risk.

You release Real Brazil from any claims arising from participation.
-
You indemnify Real Brazil against any legal responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
-
You warrant that your child has no condition that makes participation unsafe.
-
You understand the risks involved and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.

You acknowledge all sports involve inherent risks, and Real Brazil takes all reasonable measures to ensure safety.
“Real Brazil” includes its directors, agents, and representatives.
🤒 Illness Policy
Children should not attend sessions if they show symptoms of illness. Please keep your child at home if they:

Have a fever (38°C or above)
-
Took Panadol or Nurofen in the morning (masks symptoms)
-
Have a persistent cough or runny nose
-
Have a sore throat, swollen glands, vomiting, diarrhoea, or an undiagnosed rash
Make-up sessions may be requested if illness prevents attendance.
⛈️ Adverse Weather Conditions s Cancellation Policy
In the event of weather-related cancellations or unforeseen circumstances:

Families will be contacted promptly.

Make-up sessions may be offered, where possible.
Uniform Policy

Uniform is not compulsory in your child’s first term.
-
From the second term onward, players must wear the official Real Brazil uniform at all sessions and events.
🩺 Injury s Medical Disclaimer

First aid will be provided during sessions, and parents contacted immediately.
-
A medical clearance may be required before returning to play after an injury.
-
Real Brazil is not responsible for injuries caused by pre-existing medical conditions or incidents outside of training.
🧍 Discipline
If a player’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate, Real Brazil reserves the right to:

Suspend or permanently exclude the player from the program.

📸 Photography s Media

Your child may be photographed or filmed during training. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including social media.

By enrolling, you give permission for such use.
-
Parents are not allowed to take photos or videos of other children without explicit consent.
